  Log into your methaphone account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
